Delivery of iPhone 12 pro

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro on  2 /12 / 20 was  told it would arrive within 4 weeks still waiting. Contacted ee no further forward all they will says is it’s ordered. Surely they know when stock is being sent an expected delivery. 
Got a few contracts with ee an a loyal customer but being treated like my custom doesn’t matter.

If you download the DPD app and register your details, you'll be able to see any scheduled deliveries.

I downloaded the DPD app a few days ago. I have no activity in there at all which does concern me. Thanks for your help nevertheless

Hi @Zakdog13,

 

If your phone is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, you'll be able to see the delivery details in the app by 8pm tonight.
