Delivery of iPhone 12 pro

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro on  2 /12 / 20 was  told it would arrive within 4 weeks still waiting. Contacted ee no further forward all they will says is it’s ordered. Surely they know when stock is being sent an expected delivery. 
Got a few contracts with ee an a loyal customer but being treated like my custom doesn’t matter.

Exactly the same problem. Ordered the same phone on 4/12 and all I get is “your phone is on track”. Disappointed with the lack of information as clearly my phone is not on track and I have no idea why this is or when it will arrive. I am thinking the IPhone 13 will be out before I receive my 12

Just to let you know. My phone was ordered 2nd December. No message from ee apart from my new contract as started so I go onto my account no order details. I have DPD app so go on there an they have a parcel for me from ee. This parcel is arriving today and had a email this morning from ee to say it’s being delivered today. So fingers crossed for everyone else

That’s really good news. I’m glad the devices are slowly coming through now. Enjoy!

I have just received the same thankfully. On the EE site my order just shows confirmed with no estimated delivery date and when I called 150 today they couldn’t advise further and yet I have a notification from DPD (via their app) that they will deliver a parcel from EE tomorrow. I hope that gives others some hope and reassurance. Good luck everyone!

thankfully I got notification from DPD I’m getting my iPhone tomorrow. I ordered iPhone pro gold 128gb on 21st of December 

I ordered my blue 128GB on 4/12. It must be an issue with the pacific blue!

I’m not sure if that’s quite the case. I ordered graphite on 27th November and it’s only being delivered tomorrow. I think they are short of stock across the board although I find it odd that DPD can tell me more about the status of my order than EE customer services. Hopefully you get yours soon.

I was just on the line with customer services over another matter and asked when to expect my order - pro max 512 in blue. The chap checked my account and was surprised I had not had a DPD notification so re-ordered it and said it should be with me by Friday at the latest but most likely tomorrow or Thursday. I’m taking it with a pinch of salt but will keep you updated.

A further update to this saga. I called EE support today to cancel my new phone as quite honestly I am sick of waiting for this. The adviser then told me my phone is due to be delivered tomorrow miraculously. I have had nothing to let me know this is happening either from EE or DPD! Have I just been fobbed off?
