Data sims in MyEE

I have two data sims in 'my ee' account and I can see both credit and data etc. For them BUT I can only seem to buy an add-on for one of them. As soon as I select add on it takes me to the EE site, I log on and only have the option to buy add-on for the sim I have data on! I have done it before I'm sure but tried everything any ideas💡 thanks 😊

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to the mobile router with the SIM in question by WiFi to see what it offers you.

Thanks that worked, oddly I had to go to my other phone were MyEE app us to add more credit, then the pick the add-on on the other phone 👍🏻
