How do I minimise the charges while the house is empty? Do I need to cancel the contract and start again when it starts or some other solution that sounds less hassle. Thx

@David115 To cancel the contract you’ll need to pay off the remaining term of the contract. If you do pay it off you’ll get a 20% reduction on the remaining term of the contract. You’ll need to call customer services to do this as they have to tell you the cost. You could ask if they can do anything about the cost but don’t count on it.
