Data not refresh on 21st of month

Hi my data was supposed to reset on the 21st of every month. This month I have zero data after the 21st.my account is payed up to date. Can anyone please help. Johan

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

 

If you text BALANCE to 150 (it's free), what does the response say?

Pay monthly. I'm visiting my Girlfriend in south africa. Got my data refreshed on 21st of December while I'm in SA but January 21st I got nothing

@Johanopperman   You are aware you can not use your data allowance in South Africa?  

 

If you look at plan and add ons in your my EE app it will say when any add ons will restart this is your monthly cycle start date. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Assuming you did text BALANCE, it's odd to receive that reply - that's usually the default response if you sent an unrecognised word. I'm tempted to ask what AL (this is an alternative to BALANCE) says, but I appreciate you're outside the EU and these texts could be costing you.

 

It's entirely possible that if your monthly allowance is refreshed on the 21st, that the reporting may take a day or so to filter down - if this is the case, the billing should just "catch up".

 

@Chris_B has made an excellent point regarding your UK allowance not being applicable outside the EU.
