Good morning,
Been gifting data to my son who's phone is on my account problem-free for years. Went in to the local EE shop yesterday and got my upgrade which now includes 'unlimited data' on my contract. Currently at work and rang my son for a chat only for him to inform myself that he has no data on his phone today. Went into my account via the WEB (unable to access my phone as not allowed on site/at work) and can see both numbers of our mobiles there and i have 99.9GB available but there is no option to gift some of this data to his mobile number. Discuss

Would it be worth opening an online chat to request the data gift be executed manually while others puzzle over the quandary?
It may be worth mentioning the issue to the customer service adviser at the same time as perhaps it is a known issue. Good luck!
