My partner upgraded last month for us both, first of all her phone delivery was delayed by a day and then, I received the wrong handset. We sent it back and upgraded my phone again on wednesday of this week, delivery slot booked with dpd for Thursday afternoon. I received a text off them yesterday morning saying it was delayed, I no longer am allowed a one hour timeslot and dpd have put the blame for the delay onto EE even though we spoke to EE and the order went through perfectly fine until it reached dpd
