DHCP Client List on 4Gee Router

I'm trying to locate the IP address of our CCTV system that is connected in to the back of my 4GEE router. The CCTV does not have a screen connected. I think the IP address has changed via DHCP or it might have been reset to a static IP.

I've logged on to the 4GEE router but I cannot find anything that lists the connected clients either via a DHCP list or connected clients list.

From the label on the rear, which is not very helpful, the router model is "4GEE Router". There are entries "HH70VB", "06 027 INC" and "HH70VB-2BE8GB3"

Can anyone please provide some clues as to how to retrieve connected client\device IP from the router?
