Hello,
I upgraded to an s21 ultra 5g and I chhosed the Apple music as a smart benefit.I never have apple ID before.
I downloaded the app from the link what is was int the textmessage from EE.
I had to start creat an apple Id.I filled the form,but when I tap on the continue button nothing happening.On the top of the screen a message with red color what is telling me I have to contact with the Itunes support with a link.I checked the website but there is nothing about this situation.
Can someone help me please?

The tech support was able to help me.
I had to creat an apple ID in the web first,and after I can sign is the app.Bow it is working and I can use it.
