My daughters new phone came Friday iPhone SE today the dog knocked it off table it didn’t have cover on as had to order it and it has a small crack in the corner also don’t have insurance as never had any problems is there anything EE can do to help with this it’s literally 2 days old
@Xanidoo Unfortunately no. It’ll cost you to get the device fixed. It’ll cost £136.44 and you can request Apple to do this and you can do that HERE. or you can request this through EE but it’ll still cost you.
You home insurance might give you this cover but you’ll have to speak with them about this
