I'm sure this has already been covered quite extensively however I'm trying to get the content lock turned off on my phone. I'm on PAYG so went in to a store today to do so.
They told me in store there is no lock on my phone and it must be my wifi. It isn't - its definitely locked on my phone. How do I get this sorted...? I don't want to go back into the store again and be told the same thing...
Any help would be greatly appreciated : )

@al4513 Is this when connected to cellular data or WiFi ? If it’s when connected to WiFi it has nothing to do with your EE PAYG account. If it’s when connected to a cellular data connection then it’ll be your EE account that needs to be changed. (nothing to do with your phone)
The easiest way to do this is call customer services and request the removal of content lock. You’ll need a credit/debt card to pay a refundable token.
Going to the store they just needed to see ID from you and they should of done this for you.
