Connected no Internet

Our phones will connect to our WiFi hub but says no Internet connection mine will connect after I forget the password and retype and it will connect for a bit then say no Internet all bills are paid and upto date but this is a on going problem nkwb

Do you know which router you're using?

 

Have you tried restarting your router?
