Confirmed Order, no text, missed delivery

Hello, I had a pre-order for the iPhone 13 Mini, the order was confirmed by EE and I was told I'd receive more information via next from DPD.

 

I did receive this information, consequently I was not in when the DPD courier attempted delivery today, and since I've heard nothing from DPD I am unable to reschedule.

Download the DPD app - I've often missed text messages but the app is live and you should be able to re-schedule delivery from it.
