A DD was returned by the bank, which normally means they take the charge again within about 1 week, so did not think there would be an issue.
Over a month later I am being chased for non payment, and charged a late payment fee. No E-mail advising me there was a problem and they had not taken the DD.
I have paid online, but not paying the late payment fee if they cannot be bothered to send me an E-mail to tell me they hadn't taken the DD. 😡

Welcome to the community, sorry to hear that your payment didn't go through.
If a Direct Debit doesn't go through, we usually try again around four working days later.
If you'd like to discuss what happened with the payment and the late payment fee, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
