Changing to a new pack

juliairina7
Explorer

I have had a terrible time today trying to change from a £10 pack to a £15 pack.

my packs renew automatically, so I topped up online to £15 then followed everything by text to get a new pack but nothing is happening and I fear something has gone very wrong.

UI cancelled the automatic £10 that renews every month, then thought that the £15 I have topped up wpuld buy the new £15 pack but I just cannot get anywhere with this.

Also, how do you get to chat to an EE advisor, there is no link for this at all.

@juliairina7 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Text NOW to 150.
