Changing SIM card when upgrading

I am thinking of upgrading from Samsung J3 to Samsung A41s online. But I think the J3 has a Micro SIM while the A41s has a Nano SIM?

Will I get a new SIM with the new phone and how does that work?

Thanks.

Hi @bristolian

Thanks for the reply. That is fine if EE send a new SIM for current number and I can activate when I want so no loss of coverage.

Not upgraded online before - always done it in store - so did not know that.

Thanks.

Hi @MarkB56

EE do tend to supply a new SIM with upgrade phones for precisely this reason.

When you receive the phone & SIM, you then activate the new SIM onto your existing account/number whenever it suits you, using an online form.
