Cellular usage data

On the "Recommendations" page it gives me an "average" of my calls, texts and data usage over an unspecified amount of time. Where can I get the raw data of this, preferably with dates and times included also?

I want to analyse my usage myself, so a text-based format, preferably CSV, would be ideal.

 

I know this data is indeed accessible, as my two previous interactions with EE representatives have accessed it. I want a copy going back as far as is possible.

Sorry, if you don't have itemised billing it isn't possible to provide you with your usage history.

 

If you currently pay for itemised billing you can view this information on your bills within your My EE account.
