Cannot purchase add-on data

Hi
I got the sms from EE said my data ran out and I can buy extra data through Add-On.
However, it keeps saying error for 2 days and I tried to sms to 150 to "ADD DATA", i got the below sms reply:
Sorry, there is an issue at the moment and your pack cannot be added, please try again later.
I have tried 2 days already.

The only thing I can see in the Flex terms and conditions that might be affecting this is that you cannot have more than two add-ons on your account at one time, @XRaySpeX.
Otherwise, you should be able to add a data add-on through the add-on portal.
