Cancelling my Home Broad band Contract

Hello,

 

I tried to contact the customer hotline but I wasn't able to hold on anybody due to busy lines.

Acc No : 816709637

 

I would like to cancel my contract as my terms ending 20/08/2021.

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone either:

  • if you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. in my sig. and give 14 days notice OR
  • if you want to migrate your BB to another ISP other than VM, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final bill.

You need to persevere on the phone.
