Cancelled my BT Sport Sub, but still got charged.

I cancelled my BT Sports Subscription for last month even received a text message confirming it's cancelled, however I still got charged for that. 

"You will have access to BT Sport on the large screen until 11 Sep 2021 when it will be removed from your account. We hope you enjoyed yet!"

Then I still got charged extra £15.00 when my bill was generated. 

On top of that, I got charged for £1.54 roaming SMS for sending STOP SPORT and YES to 150. 

As I am still roaming, I need a way to chat to customer service to sort this out, however it's impossible to find that. I don't want to make phone call and pay £2.00 per minute on it.

@supaabzz  If your outside the EU any text to 150 will be charged as they are still international texts.   Does the BT sport add on still show on your EE account?     

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It does not show under addons anymore. BT Sport app doesn't let me login either.

We're unable to find an active BT Sport subscription on this account.

@supaabzz   You can contact customer services via live chat,  you need to login to your EE account and wait for a live chat pop up to pop up.
