Was advised today that if I ordered the iPhone SE the handset normally costs £150 but I'd get £140 off so only pay £10 plus delivery and had to pay an early upgrade  fee as my daughters phone is smashed and can't wait so all good then we see online all the iPhone SE phones are free no handset charge we want this order cancelled ASAP please and the early fee plus the delivery charge and the £10 for the handset refunded,

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
