Hi all,
I have a monthly Samsung Watch Data plan on my EE aacount (watch bought seperately).
I have moved abroad, and stupidly forgot to cancel just this specific part of my plan (i.e. I still want to keep my mobile contract going).
Is there any way to get this cancelled online, or via email, or via my account? Calling charges will be far too excessive!
Thanks all

No, phone or post only.
You may write to them giving your notice of cancellation at:
EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom
Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.
Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.

Morning @Allis
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you log into your My EE account, does the £7.00 data plan for the Watch show in your plans and add-ons?
Leanne.

No, it does not appear to.
It's showing up as a completely different product by the looks of it, with even a different phone number

I have tried this, thanks for the info.
Do they tend to email you when they receive the letter?

Hi @ailis
Thanks for coming back to me.
Do you have the option to remove the data plan for the other number showing within your My EE account?
The team will get in touch once the letter has been received.
Leanne.
