Hi, please I need help
I just moved my number to EE, however I’ve been trying to move most of my accounts to the new device, but when I get sent an authentication code like from my bank, I don’t receive the text message. I requested a pin from BT to activate my smart benefit, but the message didn’t come in either. However I receive regular text messages like from my wife and also iMessages too. I’ve restarted the phone, I’ve updated everything I need to update as regards phone numbers and messaging
please any ideas, as I need to factory reset my old phone

When did you port your number into EE - which day?

You've said you can receive text messages from your wife ok, but how about any other pbones?
And can you receive calls on your ported number?

On Friday... porting came through yesterday (Monday) and yes I can make and receive calls. I asked my friend to text me also, and it came through (iMessage)... Wifey uses Samsung and her text came through too...

Thanks.. it’s sorted now. I’m beginning to get messages from my service providers. the port wasn’t complete initially... thanks again
