Can’t play Splatoon2 online on switch on my PAYG 4g mini hub or my phone hotspot

Hi. Just as the title says. 

Get an error. Both when I use my mini hub and my iPhone as a hotspot. 

Anything I can do? I see that there is perhaps something to do with a shared IP?

 

any help would be appreciated. This was the reason for buying the mini hub.

What is the error msg?

 

Are you hosting a game on your LAN for others to join?

 

Is the phone SIM on contract while the router SIM is on PAYG?
