Hi. Just as the title says.

Get an error. Both when I use my mini hub and my iPhone as a hotspot.

Anything I can do? I see that there is perhaps something to do with a shared IP?

any help would be appreciated. This was the reason for buying the mini hub.

Could it be Switching Content Lock OFF or ON ?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

No idea on the mini hub but content lock is  off on the phone and it doesn’t work there either (also we). Tried to get into the settings of the hub but ‘admin’ or the access password aren’t working.

Morning @IsItAye

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you changed the password since you purchased the WiFi device?

If not, please get in touch with our Tech Gurus they will be able to get this looked into further for you.

Let us know how you get on 🙂

Leanne.

Hi. No I haven’t.  either way it’s not relevant as it doesn’t work on my phone either and it has no content lock so that is not the issue here.

Hi @IsItAye

Thanks for coming back to me.

Have you spoken to our Tech Gurus to get this looked into further for you?

Thanks.

Leanne.

So this online gaming issue seems to come up a lot on the forums but any potential solution or discussion goes offline in a DM. Seeing as I am not an isolated case, perhaps just posting the solution or the lack thereof would be more helpful to myself and others? I don’t have time to spend an age talking through this common issue.
