Can’t login on the app

I can login on the web sight with no problem but if I try to login via the app it tells me ID and password not recognised. This has just happen, previously I’ve had no problem using the app.

Are you 100% sure you entered the correct details. If you used the correct credentials then it should work.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

What phone are you using the app on? Have you tried deleting and re-downloading it?

I’m using a iPhone X and I have also tried it on my iPad all with the same result. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it . I will have to try to contact EE as I think the problem lies with them.

No problem logging onto my EE online, just can’t logon via the app.
