Hi, I placed an order for an upgrade yesterday, after my order confirmation email I then got an email asking me to give EE a call as they need a bit more info before completing my order. However the reason I'm upgrading is my phone screen died on Friday and i can't call out on it, i have no other phone to get in touch with them so I'm wondering if there's another way i can contact them?
I've already tried to start a live chat but the options it brings up before starting the chat don't match what I need to disscuss so I can't continue. Also does anybody know what the nature of the information is they might need? I've been an EE customer for years and they have all my current details etc so unsure what it's about.
