I want a 24 month sim-only plan but I only need 5GB. The lowest option is 80GB! Why? I don't need that much! Is there something I can do?

@Lampflame Why not take out a 12 month and if you like it at the end period you can just keep using it as a 30 day rolling contract till your ready to change or you can change at any point after the 12 month period. You could call customer services and see what they can offer.

Is it a phone SIM you want with calls & texts or just a data SIM?
On the EE Shop offerings, PAY MONTHLY SIM ONLY CONTRACTS , you'll find 20GB for £22 pm or 3GB for £19 pm.
On PAY MONTHLY DATA SIMS you'll find 5GB for £12 pm over 24 months.
Or you could go for a PAYG SIM with 4GB data 100 mins & unlimited texts for £10 pm or with 8GB data & unlimited calls & texts for £15 pm whenever you want.

Its the same for a 12 month contract you can get 3GB of data then it jumps straight to 20GB of data. That is more expensive than the 24 month option. I think the rolling month option is more expensive.

Have you looked at uswitch? They seem to have a £10 for 10GB deal with EE for 12 month contracts?

With PAYG sim you say its only 15 pm which seems cheap. Whats the catch?

With PAYG you won't be able to get most of the add-ons offered to contracts, like BT Sport, BT Music etc. Also 4G Calling & WiFi Calling is not available.

10 pounds a month with uswitch seems very cheap. Whats the catch?

There doesn't always have to be a catch. You get redirected to the EE website to buy and all the details are there. It's a standard sim only plan for £10 a month. It's not a smart plan so your speeds may be limited to 60Mbps.
