Can't call to confirm details

Hello, I recently ordered a pay monthly phone because my last one is no longer working. Because of this I can't call the number they've asked of me. Will I still get the phone ordered for when I booked? How else can I confirm these details if not?

Do you have access to another phone you could call EE C/S on? Perhaps borrow from a friend or relative if necessary?
