Can no longer connect to 5ghz wifi

I can't quite find the answer on other forums,

Basically, I've split my broadband channels so I can dedicate them where they're needed. Fine. Never had an issue, until now, so I can no longer connect to it? It shows up, it will try and even connect for a split second before telling me cannot connect to network. There have been no significant changes happened recently that could have caused an issue. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hi @Gizmo333,

Welcome back to the community. 🙂

Do you see the same issue with all devices, or just one?

Have you tried restarting your router?

Ee smart hub. And yup I've restarted it. Erm well originally all devices I had issues with but now my phone seems to connect to it. I haven't tried the other devices yet tbh. Work joys.

OK, so all the devices seem to be connecting now? It's the strangest thing... I honestly have done nothing yet its all good again?

Thanks for all the help folks. While this has gone a little unexplained at least it's working again... If I find a reason or cause I'll be sure to post it.
