Can I collect an order in somebody else’s name if I have their ID?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

unfortunately you can't collect a phone from a EE store in someone elses name but if you got the same surname as the person DPD will allow you to take delivery or collect a parcel from their local depot..

Hi @Profile closed  thanks for your reply. I have had it ordered into an EE store and it is in my dads name as he is the account holder. I can pick this up earlier than he can so was wondering whether if I took his ID with me into the store the staff would be able to give it to me or not. Thanks again.

@Emor93 unfortunately as your not the account holder EE stores ain't allowed to access a account for a third party.
