Hi @Lloyd4
Your contract automatically reverts to pay monthly SIM only on when your minimum term ends. You can also upgrade to SIM only.
Thanks

If you ordered your new contract online or by phone you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel FoC. Then you can order a SIM-Only. If you ordered in an EE store you have no such cooling-off period.

Does it? At min. term it just carries on as before. You have to explicitly upgrade to SIM-Only.

Hi @Lloyd4
Welcome to the community. 🙂
How long have you had the contract? If you're in the first 14 days, and you took out your contract over the phone or website, you can return your equipment and cancel.
Find out more information about cancelling within 14 days >
