Hi, I dropped my phone down the toilet yesterday , it's still not working, I'm on a contract which I have been with ee since October last year, how do,I find out if I can have an upgrade or at least get this sorted as I am still paying monthly thanks

@Sharon1965 A phone will not dry out over night and there is no guarantee it will work after. Your online account will say when your are due an upgrade. You’ll need to call customer services to get this fixed but you might find it’s not cost effective so you probably need to get a replacement device yourself.
