So my landline is down, it was supposed to be fixed today, EE cancelled my mobile sim as i requested a micro sim and i cannot see how to contact them online or by email
If you have something like Skype, then you can ring customer service or you will have to use another phone, as there is no email for contacting customer service.
You could have just ordered a replacement SIM card for your phone and been able to press out the size you needed. There is also an 0800 number you can ring.
