Bluetooth speaker issue

Hi,

 

Can anyone help?

 

When I'm streaming Netflix, or Iplayer, and I connect my Bluetooth speaker, after about a minute or so, the program stops streaming and freezes! And when I play without the Bluetooth speaker, it doesn't freeze at all!

 

Does anyone know why this is?

Do you have another Bluetooth device you could test with to see if the issue is unique to the particular speaker you are using?

 

Does the same thing happen when you stream music?

Hi there,

I don’t actually have another device to test it with.

And no, it doesn’t do it when I stream music, nor does it do it when I watch videos on YOutube!

Could you try deleting and re-downloading the Netflix app please?
