just got a new phone and thought I would treat myself to a new smart watch on a sim plan so can make calls and link it to my phone ...
my issue is for a start the smart watch display is crap compared to how all pictures look not clear at all and have to have a colour tint to everything and not nice and clear like my old Huawei watch is.
when setting up the mobile part of the Samsung watch it says this is not supported by ee so why even have a plan and sell a watch that won't work on your network
when you cant even connect them up to that plan to get access to data without it being set up on Bluetooth .
really not a happy customer at the moment and looking into returning it and cancel the added plan and watch …..

The Galaxy Watch 4G range can only connect with non-Samsung phones via Bluetooth. To use the watch with a 4G connected plan, you need a Samsung device.

Are you PAYG or Pay Monthly?

just got a Sony experia 1 running andriod11 on a monthly plan and just had a plan added for the watch but cant connect to mobile network on with Bluetooth or wifi on the watch. am thinking about phoning ee and cancel the plan and return the watch as im so disappointed with it .

The Samsung Watches are advertised as being compatible with Samsung phones with the cellular.
Are you on a Pay monthly on the phone contract as well? Sim only is suitable as well

not happy with watch and just rang ee and am returning it will stick to my old watch which seems belter for what the Samsung watch has got … thanks everyone . .
