Have a 2 month old iPhone SE 2020. Over the last two days Bluetooth has stopped working. Have tried all the online advice, have up to date iOS, switch Bluetooth off and on again, reset network settings, and switch Bluetooth off and ‘force restart’. Haven’t done the ‘erase all content and settings’, I did get Bluetooth working briefly after the 3rd ‘force restart’, but not since. Have tried contacting EE but very long wait.
any ideas?

@Sticklerian Where are you enabling Bluetooth and what are you trying to connect too ? And you’ll be best of contacting Apple about this as they will honour the warranty for this device.

EE sold me the iPhone SE and my understanding of consumer law is that they have to resolve this issue as the retailer not the manufacturer.

I am trying to connect to my Fitbit Blaze which it did for the 1st 2 months, which my old iPhone 6 connects straight away - I get my old phone to forget the Blaze as soon as checked. Can’t connect wirelessly to my hands free car phone system, nor to my laptop nor to any other Bluetooth device it did work for during the 1st 2 months.

Hi @Sticklerian
Welcome to the community.
Outside of the first 28 days, you have a 12 month manufacturer warranty with Apple.
Our Tech Gurus will be able to help you though, if you would like to get in touch with them.
If the item is deemed as faulty, they will be able to help you get in touch with Apple.
