I have set content filter to off on my account online.

I have txt off to get content lock off.

I have successfully completed CC confirmation.

I have saved search preferences in the search engine.

I still get.....

Help appreciated.

I am using Samsung A71 if that matters.

I have done all of the above and still access is blocked.

My post with the catchy title 'blocked blocked blocked' has screenshots.

Help appreciated.

Are you able to try doing this in your online account, not the app?

 

Do you have any restrictions on your browser?

@Stuskam   Try clearing your browser history and cookies.  And as it’s also an account change you might need to wait 24 hours for it to work.    Are you able to access other porn sites ??? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Cleared browser history and cache....no change.

 

Done online and not through the app.

Cleared all cache and history.

No browser restrictions (that I could find).

The picture that you've attached shows a message that wouldn't normally display when blocked by EE content lock.

 

Can you access this same site over WiFi?

Hi,

Yes. I can access through wifi.

It only happens when I try to connect to anything considered adult.

It is either a redirect to the credit card verification or the internet connection reset.

I cannot figure out why it would only be over the EE network but is fine over wifi.

Yes. I have restarted it a few times now.
