My BT hub at home keeps flashing pink. I’ve looked this up online, what I’ve been told is that the hub is working, but it is not connected to the internet. I haven’t, however, found a useful solution. I’ve tried turning it off and back on again but this hasn’t fixed it. If anyone’s got any idea on what I can do next it would be greatly appreciated.
A BT Hub won't work on EE BB as the BB Usernames are incompatible. Use the EE router that EE supplied you with. That's what they gave it to you for.
