At wits end. Still not connected after a month 4 engineer appointments

I really don't know what to do.  Was due to be connected on July 30th.  First engineer came and couldn't complete the work as he said there was a fault. Second engineer cancelled then third engineer supposed to come for internal appointment but only worked externally and didn't check anything at the socket. Then promised it would be sorted on the fourth appointment except today the engineer hasn't turned up and EE say the appointment didn't go through. I'm so fed up and disappointed having to constantly rearrange my life around this, EE try to be helpful on the phone but nothing is ever resolved. What can I do?

Hi @rynwst ,

In addition to other advice community members offer, I would recommend to look into the Ofcom Automatic Compensation scheme which the service provider has committed to. My feeling is that if it costs the service provider nothing to inflict this inconvenience on you, they can drag it out for a very long time. Good luck!
