I just joined yesterday but i dint get any info on free apple tv as advertised everywhere ...

@Shubhi   Apple TV+ is a free 12 month subscription when you purchase an iPhone.  You get this when you open up the Apple TV+ app on your device and set it up. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
