Hi,
can anyone help me set up my Apple TV subscription? It says on the settings on my phone free for 12 months, however when I click on this it is only giving me 7days free!
Anyone know why or how I can get my 12months?

When did you activate your eligible device? You have 3 months from device activation to claim the AppleTV+ Free year
If its within the 3 months you’ll probably have to contact Apple support if it isn’t letting you claim it

- Force-quit the TV app and relaunch it.
- Sign out of your Apple ID and sign back in again. Open the TV app.
- Try signing in at tv.apple.com. You can sign up online, and it may show you your free year if your device does not.
- Contact Apple Support. If you contact Apple support with a valid proof of purchase, they should be able to provide you with a special promo code that can be redeemed for one year of TV+.
