Hi,
I have Apple music active as a smart benefit and have no issues with the service, however I keep getting mms messages from EE every couple of weeks telling me to complete the set up process to use it.
Checked on the apple music app and everything is fine, it also shows as my smart benefit in the My EE app too.
Any idea as to why this is happening?
My handset is an s20 ultra 5g.
Thanks

Hi @ahad2
Thanks for posting about this.
I hope you're well and having a nice day 😊
If everything is working as it should and this is showing as a Smart Benefit, then it shouldn't need anything else doing.
So we can double check everything is correct on your account, could you have a chat with our customer care team. You can find out the different way to get in touch on out Contact Us page.
Thanks.
Chris.

Thanks @Christopher_B . I'm good thanks, hope you are too 🙂
Can't get through on live chat but will call in when I get the chance.
The app is working but I have issues accessing music outside my iTunes collection (so the Apple music streaming library) which persists until I click the link in the mms message to complete registration each time.
Not really a fault, but it It seems like the subscription keeps resetting, prompting the mms to be resent to me at irregular intervals. Doesn't line up with my billing dates either 🤔 Will see what CS say.

Just to update, Customer care stopped marketing messages for my account and updated my phone settings by sms.
Apple music is still set up and continues to work fine but got another message today (attached). Not really a fault, just interested to know why.

Hi @ahad2
Thanks for letting us know. I'm not sure why the message was sent out, but it can take up to ten days for your number to be removed from all marketing messages after you request it.
Hopefully you don't receive any more.
Chris
