Apple music benefit

I had apple music as my chosen benefit but when I try to sign up it says I have no subscription so haven't been able to use it. I seem to be going round in circles. Anybody else had this issue and can help?

I have the same problem, the applemusic app was deleted from phone (I think I done this by accident when making space for new apps). Now it I can't log back in as if my account/ smart benefit has been deactivate
