Hi there,
I have an Apple Watch Series 4, which has been working fine with an iPhone 11 Pro, just upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro Max and pairing the watch with the phone. The Apple Watch app is asking me to set up the data plan, and when trying to activate, getting a message back saying Your Smart Watch has had a problem downloading the eSim, click “Done” below to try the download again.
Any ideas what I need to do to activate the data plan to my watch?

Is your Apple Watch Series 4 already on a £7 plan or is it on contract with us?

it is on the £28 month contract with you! It wouldn’t pair to the new iPhone 12, so I reset the watch as I was by apple years ago when we upgraded phones! But it looks like it has lost the eSim!

Thanks for explaining, @Chipster2015
I'd recommend speaking to our Tech Gurus. They should be able to help you get re-setup from our side.
Let us know how you get on.
