@Robinsonboy1 glad it is not just me, could be that they will send order confirmation once they receive the watches and are ready to dispatch, who knows.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Doesn't help that they're advertising as 'in stock' on the product pages. If I remember rightly last year with the 5 they were delivered on release day

I didn’t Raven think about that until someone just mentioned their tracking page thing.

Let’s see if we get notification tonight for tomorrow’s delivery

@mcgibbon85 , when I looked early this morning, it definitely said pre-order, have not looked since, but since Apple are not releasing theirs until Friday, you cannot expect any other network to release them earlier.,

I have just looked and it says available to pre-order, nothing about being in stock, unless you are meaning about the older models, we are discussing the new models here.

It actually.says: order now, will be delivered within 7 days, once we receive stock from the supplier.

@Schockwave I'm not expecting them to release them earlier than Apple? I'm not expecting to have the watch today, I'm just reiterating my experience from last year where the watch was posted the day before to arrive on day of release. I've checked my mails from last year to make sure I'm right in my thinking.  That's normal for pre-orders.

how come the £100 upfront and £24 a month plan isn’t a thing for series 6?

How did you place your order?

I originally ordered via the MYEE app this morning and received an Email order (X****)

when I spoke to EE later in the morning unrelated they advised me my order had been cancelled by the processing team but I had received no notification.

I literally just received a call from EE (Holly) upgrade team who advised me EE still have an issue placing orders for the 44mm graphite watch 6 and as yet they are working on trying to resolve it.

Anybody else been told the same on the Graphite 44mm watch only?

Thanks

I placed my order via the phone. The money has been taken from my bank, early upgrade fee and the £30 upfront cost.

Just been on chat and the guy gave me my DPD tracking number, showing as collected and delivery est tomorrow. Happy days.

Well, I received my order confirmation at 15.50 hours, so am now happy.

@Robinsonboy1 , Why have you got an early upgrade fee and £30 upfront cost? Early upgrade fee would be due to the fact that you are upgrading early and not within the time you have free upgrade, and what was that for, did you order something other than the watch?
