I've just bought a Xiaomi Pcoc X3, and the My EE app is saying it has problems with the configuration of this device. (Previous device was a Huawei PSmart 2019)
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail.
Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a workaround?

I had and have the same problem with a Xiaomi Mi10T PRO and I contacted the EE customer service and was told that
" they don't provide services for the phones that they are not selling" and thrown to my face that the app it's free and it's not EE fault for this it's all up XIAOMI. After talked to Xiaomi was and told that it's nothing to do with them it's all up to EE so at the moment I still believe that this is EE way to push the sales only for the phones what they want since they told me that they don't provide app services for the phones what are bought from somewhere else. Really strange

@Stefan27 It’s not that don’t provide the app for devices from elsewhere otherwise an iPhone directly from Apple wouldn’t work nor would Samsung phones. It’s the fact EE hasn’t tested the my EE app on this device because they don’t sell it. It’s the version of android that’s now on that device that’s the issue with the My EE app. You can still use the online account login via your device browser. All you can do is report it to customer services so they can pass this on, it’s not down to customer services to make it work on your device.

I am now able to use the EE app on my Poco X3 so I hope that others can too.
