All Free Boosts Claimed

Hi

 

I've checked my EE app and it says at the top in the FREE BOOSTS section All free boosts now claimed! You've maxed out your free boosts. Why not switch to pay monthly for better value and fantastic extras?

 

I didn't realise there was a limit on boosts. Is this an error or is there actually a limit? I have 20 boosts by the way.

Not how I read it, EE messaging all over the place.  As it is yesterday I was supposed to be adding one free boost, unable to do so.

 

Any news from PAYG team?

That panel information has updated for me; now it advertises.

 

"Get more with pay monthly"

"Our 5G and 4G plans are smarter than ever and packed with amazing extras"

Yellow button "See our pay monthly plans"

 

 

Pack renewed today, should have 28 boosts, tried to add my earned boost last week, still only have 27.

 

Any news from PAYG team?

The incorrect messaging has now been removed from My EE and you should be able to add your next boost without issue. What happens when you try to add it? Does it show as pending?

1 boost missing, not pending, but showing count up to 12 weeks with one star.  So still down 50mb, but starting to build a new boost (hopefully).
