i have purchased the above phone for my husband.
i have tried to set it up inserted the sim, i think correctly but it says insert sim. i took out the sim and tried again still the same message. i installed and removed with the phone switched off

Where did you buy the phone? Where did you get the SIM?

Was this a brand new line or was it an upgrade?
Is the SIM card in the correct way?
Can you try giving it a clean?
