Hi

 

I recently ordered a set of apple AirPods Pro through the add to plan facility and am still awaiting any notification of dispatch/delivery. Does this process usually take this long? 


I placed the order 14/08 so it’s been nearly a week.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you receive the original order confirmation email?

 

The Airpods Pro are in stock at the moment, so I would have thought you should have received them by now. It may be worth calling 150 just to check it went through properly.
